I’m not wining about you being mean. I’m just wondering when you’ve ever been positive about the team you supposedly support and cheer for.
I will agree that the way the team turned the ball over tonight is troublesome. We shot over 50% on the road and lost. When you shoot that well, it should result in a win.

You say gave away, I say had taken away.
Still we had a chance. This team will have growing pains, but will win alot of games this year.

Team lacks structure & defined roles that you see on winning teams. Hope this develops
We’ll understand better after you post your notes.

I'm really excited about the defensive potential this team has even without a true rim protector. Mays, Manning, Marlon, and Days should be great individual defenders, and Emmitt/Days/Watford have switchability as bigs. We should be able to make opponents uncomfortable, rush their pace, and get some easy buckets off of turnovers. Hopefully the 1-3-1 implemented down the stretch tonight is a sign of things to come and they can gel as a unit.

The only note you really need to know is the team only has two guys that can put the ball on the floor and create, and neither are overly interested in setting up other teammates for good looks
Oh yea, and there are no big men on the squad
So you live and die by Mays & Smart basically. Love Watford’s touch around the rim. Need to find away to work done inside/out sets.

Would've been nice to come away with the win but plenty of season to play and form a resume.
Hopefully this game will emphasis to the players ball control. Wade clearly needs to work on some better sets and press work.

Our biggest problem besides turnovers and fouls, interior defense

Was there tonight. Was Javonte drunk? Never seen him play that bad. We had that game. Good loss as Bama would say

Only saw first 5 minutes and last 5 minutes.
26 turnovers and Home team making more FT than LSU took tells me all I need to know.

His defense was terrible and didnt seem to focused at points. He still got buckets tho

They also got to take 29 free throws and spend half the game in the bonus.

My favorite Tiger on this team the last 4 years blew this game. 2 turnovers and 2 missed shots in the last minute. That was a terrible finish for Skylar.

I've seen Javonte play badly plenty. He was a model of inconsistency last year. The talent is unmistakable and he is fearless...but the fearlessness often times is mis-applied. We need more consistency from him. Yesterday was his typical inconsistent M.O. - 2 points in the first half and 13 second half. Brief stretches of spectacular play but longer periods of erratic play and turnovers (7).
