VCU will inevitably come down off their emotional high, providing LSU with a window to make a run. If we capitalize, we’re right back in it.

It just looks like they have no chemistry. It's early in the season. It took time to gel last year and they won the conference. I imagine when you have a team of stars that are used to being THE guy, it takes more time for them to find a role.

The more I watch of this team the more it’s apparent that Will Wade really botched the construction of this roster. Way too many mixed matches pieces. This team is going to be so hot/cold.

Im not too worried about our guards as the season moves along but been concerned about life without KBW.

For the first 10 or so games, this team will definitely be hot and cold. Especially on the road and against experienced teams.
My biggest gripe this game is Mays needs to step up as the senior leader. He made some bad, rookie mistakes in the first half.

The refs couldn’t wait 20 seconds to blow their first touch foul on LSU which didn’t even factor in any way on any VCU player.

This is just horrible basketball now.
You make a 3 out of the half and you don’t rebound a simple missed shot. You give up a 3 and then you hit another 3 and get a miss and allow your center to being the ball up and make a bad decision. Get another rebound and throw it away.
