I completely agree they need to hit the open looks. But it’s clear they aren’t seeing the basket in this gym. Thats when a good coach realizes it, pulls them together, tells them to quit shooting every open 3, and mix up the looks to get baskets (or fouled) inside the paint.

He has no ability to draw plays up or make adjustments when they go cold.
He is also 14-40 in conference play
