Earlier in the first half Waters had a steal and then dribbled backwards to draw contact to the trailing defender trying to draw a foul. Those bullshite shenanigans led to a blocked shot. Luckily emmitt Williams was there to dunk in the put back

I think a lot of the “wall” he hit last year was due to that. He’s trying to show he’s NBA ready instead of playing his best game
