You could put Hickey in here but no!!

Johnny Jones does not have the best feel for the flow of the game in this one. I wouldn't have sat Hickey that long the way we looked in the beginning compared to when he went out.

Also, he needs to pay attention. If it was obvious to the announcers and myself that the three we took when they called a shot clock violation hit the rim, it should be obvious to him. He didn't even contest it and we got the ball right by the goal. Come on man...

This is the truth about this team.

We're talented and athletic...which should at least lead to us being a good team defensively. We don't consistently bring the effort on that end of the floor. This may change if we start utilizing the press more.

We don't really have a consistent go to scorer on offense. My God how good of a team we could be if we ran some kind of dribble drive or 4 around 1 motion...shite...even some Princeton motion, and it would create some easy looks.

But we don't move without the ball, we don't set screens, and we don't get easy looks. This is why we're a bad shooting team.

That plus our youngsters are going through growing pains

Look better with TQ at PG than Stringer. Stringer making some shots but gosh he looks out of the control to say the least
So you would rather have Quarterman out of control and NOT making shots?

CJJ and his staff are excellent recruiters, but lets be honest, this is a very poorly coached team. I've never seen a HC who literally stand on the sidelines and says absolutely nothing for long stretches of time

So you want him to scream and yell? Plenty of coaches are more laid back, He says stuff to players all the time, just calmly. Yelling and bitching at refs as a coach literally does very little

You talking about the The Stare? In the original poster's defense, TJ didn't stand. He fell asleep on the bench and woke up just in time to do the post-game interviews.

We're only 3 after playing one of the worst halves ever! 11 turnovers! We're obviously more talented. Just need to slow down and cut down the turnovers and we'll win

TCU lost by 38 tonight. TJ doesn't coach or recruit.

I would rather TQ at PG and Stringer at SG...stringer was SHOOTING well but was equally as bad running the point

It was like that when quarterman came in. He could not get the offense going at all.
