People want the NCAA to ban the shift but LSU isn’t forced to shift. They do it on their own accord.

Considering Jay is an analytics guy, I would suspect it works more often than not if he still does it.

The issue is that it's just so noticeable when it doesn't work, but I doubt Jay is relying on viewers eye test.
