LSU is a major football program and in the SEC. Why can't we get quality place kickers and punters in the past few years?

I am a real special teams stickler, and over the years we’ve had excellent punters and kickers at LSU. It’s a real mystery why this hasn’t been the case in the last few years. Getting rid of Peveto was a step in the right direction I guess but we need our A+ kickers like colt David and Colby delahoussey and Brad wing soon

Actually the punting game and kickoffs secured victory for LSU vs Tenn. Two punts fumbled both by Marquez Calloway led to 10 points, and a kickoff fielded by Calloway at the 2 set up LSU in great field position after the Tennessee punt.

It's a sad, sad situation when punter Josh Growdon proved to be LSU's only real offensive threat in this game.
