Jay is still a young coach. I honestly think he is trying to learn how to win with a better pitching staff than hitting line up. I’m sure it’s not something he’s dealt with a whole lot. He is going to have to get comfortable with playing a better defensive line up if he wants to win games by scoring 2 or 3. Putting the better bat in the line up doesn’t work for this team because we don’t have the better bat.

I really don’t know how kids get up for game tommorrow. This is a hard one to get over. Hope they have more heart then I give them credit for
