I remember watching that game at my parents house near Bossier. Georgia dropped a sure TD pass off of a flea flicker play, or they would probably have won that one.

Watching that reminded me of Sammy Martin, one of the skinniest RBs, yet amazingly productive at LSU. Dude could absolutely fly. He had some big time runs in that game.

I was there too. If I remember Chris Carrier sealed the game with a late interception

i watched that on TV. great game. huge game winning TD from Hodson to Brian kinchen. Then the clinching INT by kevin Guidry to stop UGA's drive late. James JAckson was a good QB for UGA

Enjoyed the highlights, some good clips of Tony Moss, Sammy Martin, and the reliable Browndyke.

I was only 10 but remember going to Mr. Cook with my dad (drive-through) after this game ended and talking about all of the big plays in the game.

Bringing the kickoff out to the 40 on that last drive was probably an underrated part of the comeback.

There ... Super win. Hodson was clutch on game winning drive after Ga went ahead in 4th quarter. Ga gifted LSU on the drive when Ben Smith drilled Hodson on late hit out of bound s which helped set up game winning td pass to Brian Kinchen. That game was so much fun. I have a bunch of pictures that I took with my old Canon AE1 camera.

I remember watching that game. Did you notice that UGA marked their yard lines every 5 yards just like LSU continues to do to this day?

I remember watching it as well. Sitting at my uncle's neighborhood bar outside of New York City, I had just gotten back from the military looking for a job...
