I’m sad we lost but we did not deserve to win this game. There’s an old saying In baseball that you should never make the first out at home or third base. And then hit into a double play? No bueno.

LSU has had some heroic moments up in Omaha that have led to titles, tonight no one stepped up and made one of those moments.
