Swinging for the fence every pitch will do that to you. He’s strong enough that a lot of line drive swings will end up 4 baggers. If he wants a big MLB contract this ain’t the way. The better the pitching the less mistakes they make for him. He’s scouted pretty good now and he ain’t gonna get many of “his pitches”.

I don’t really know what to think about Jones half the time. It’s safe to say the man will struggle mightily at the plate against pro pitching. If he ever makes it that far.
Jones can rake against the non conference foes but he’s always struggled big time when SEC play comes around. Never been consistent.
