Maybe unplug cable box if you are using one, plug back in in 30 seconds. I don't have any experience with Cox. 4K firestick had massive upgrade 2 weeks ago and have had to update 4x since then. Maybe log out/in of ESPN app.

I have COX cable. Usually I can say “LSU baseball” into the remote and the voice activation feature changes my tv to the LSU game. It’s telling me now they are having issues.
I’m stuck watching it on my iPad using the ESPN App.
