These two in the booth are putting my arse to sleep. Sounds like the equivalent of watching paint dry
That's how I sounded when I was in Missouri too. That state is depressing.

Garza has pretty serious knee issues doesn't he? He may not even be able to catch.
He's coming back from an injury. He's caught a few innings. Don't remember how comfortable he's looked back there, but it wouldn't appear he's up for catching a whole game. Mainieri may not trust him back there. Plus he hasn't really been tearing the cover off the ball so it's not too surprising he hasn't gotten that much play back there. Would like to see him get a few more midweek opportunities.

He has caught some games.
Of late he’s been a K guy but still hitting better than Mathis.

Cabrera slumping hard. Dude looks lost up there.

Curveball off the plate freezes Cabrera

I doubted Pap playing some when he was struggling hitting but he was way better defensively than Mathis.

Doesn't look comfortable. He's just getting back though. Hopefully a few more at bats and he'll figure himself back out again.

And who do you suggest starts instead oh wise one?
I'm just questioning why we suck so bad at this position???
They both can't bat, can't throw runners out at 2nd?
How can we not sign a catcher that is capable of throwing a runner out?
Hell, I think we have only thrown 1 runners out ALL YEAR! And that was thrown on the wrong side of the bag!

What is more infuriating than watching Broussard hit pop ups...

LSU threw two out in one game last week. Not good but more than one.

Good point. Forgot he was out.

His catching Lange’s curveball was really taken for granted.
