Dropping in to say that Dutton did a terrible job of backing up home plate on the throw home from right field. Dutton looked to be on the first base side of home, when there is zero chance for an overthrow to end up in that area code. Just an awful job at fundamental baseball by him.

Only possible thing that explains it is he was moving that way with contact to the right side of the field, but yeah, you’ve got to get on your horse to get behind that plan.

Boring to say but I think Jay is playing the position players perfectly.
They all are getting playing time and in the right spots at the right times.
Eta, he'll be ok. If not that's why Jay's fielding rotation has been good.
