We all KNEW the pitching staff wasn’t going to perform. It wasn’t even really a question.

Even if we come back to win, this game did not go well. We really needed both Hurd and Little to come out of this tournament feeling good about themselves, and they both shite the bed their last inning. Hope they can shake it off, but those 2 specifically seem to have a hard time doing that.

On the positive side, the offense has done a really great job coming back and adding runs and putting pressure on them. If we’d have gone down 5-1 early in Game 3 in just about every SEC series, we’d likely have wound up getting run ruled. This offense has found a little swag and fight the last few weeks. That’s something they can build off of and take into a regional. Got 9 more outs to play with. Even if we lose, will be big to go down fighting.

Nevermind that Hurd walked the bases loaded and then Ack gave up a grand slam first pitch, before turning around and walking a couple an inning later. But yes let's blame the coaches and Little (I agree Little was getting shelled, but we knew that these were the guys we had to work with coming into the game. It was gonna be Hurd, Ack, Little no matter what happened or when it happened). Just wait til you see tomorrow's pitchers.
