According to the crew of SEC now, we do not have the horses to compete in the SEC. We do not have the personnel and talent to replace all the lost talent on the front 7. Even Marcus Spears thinks we are a 7 win max team. and that's with "maybe they win a game we don't think they can win", so essentially they all agree we are a 6-6 team that may out play ourselves into a 7-5 team.

Our D line will be nasty. Our LB corps is deep and talented. We are solid at safety. Only question mark on D is who will be the CB #2 and how good will he be?

Our O line has a lot of guys coming back and we added some transfers. I think with the guys we have coming back and having Craig at OLC we will be fine. Tons of unproven talent at WR. I think that group will be the surprise of this team for the year when it's all said and done.
QB. The 2X4X10 sized throne in our side for years. I think Joe will be the starter and he will be good. I'm naively optimistic about our QB situation and am not worried about it at all.
RB same as WR. We have guys that have talent but haven't had the opportunity to prove anything due to the studs that played ahead of them.

I cannot wait to shock some people this year!

Idk what I'm missing, maybe it's the schedule. I just find it hard to believe we won't win 8 games.

Too many question marks on offense. The fact I'd be ecstatic with 7 wins is fricking sad. Alleva and O need to go

Injuries are a part of football and the lack of depth on the Oline and Dline along with a new qb spells another 4 loss season.

Increasingly, we don't look to be able to compete for SEC championships. Alabama and Georgia have enlarged the talent gap.

Not one down has been played.
Not one run has been made.
No passes caught or thrown.
No punt or KO returns.
Or fumbles or ints.
No score on the board.
No flags in sight.
Who the hell knows what is really in store?
Who cares what they say?
Why not just sit tight?

To be honest, I really don't give a FK what the talking heads say.

GO OUT and PROVE IT.

What? If anything this unit should be far superior. Arden never played any ways.

This D will be nasty: 8 regular season wins is the floor with 11-12 is the ceiling.

We went undefeated with a brutal schedule through the SECCG with Jordan Jefferson and Jarret Lee at QB in 2011.

Burrow, Brennan and Narcisse >>>> JJ and JL

Is CEO>>>>>CLM??? Not talking about record, but game-day coaching? That is the real question for me. On 1/9/12 CLM was a total zero. Remains to be seen. This season should tell the tale.

Les made some boneheaded game day decisions over the years that cost us several games.

JJ playing the whole SECCG and BCSNCGs when he horribly sucked?

Do some of you ever stop to think that people aren’t being negative, they’re just saying what they think from a disinterested vantage point? Or do you think it’s more likely that everyone just hates LSU?

I’ve learned to actually listen to the wisdom of the crowd, because they seem to have a better idea of what our team will be more often than not. We’re the ones that typically lend more weight to the most optimistic outcomes.

Based on how he handled things at times last year, coupled with his stint at Ole Piss, the lack of respect for LSU is 99% based on this.
