So far ITT we have established you believe it was the lady’s fault AND that the cops railroaded Lacy.

Tell me again how you don’t have an agenda? It’s riveting.

None of that takes away liability from Lacy. I’m sorry. He was toast

What are you talking about,

It absolutely does,

Everyone on the road has the same duty to follow the laws and drive safely.

Funyons hit another another car, the facts have to then shift the burden onto someone else.

Again Lacy didn’t hit anyone and he wasn’t going to. That absolutely matters.

I mean you can see what happens in the video. I don't need the police or district attorney to help draw conclusions on what happened.

Other than Lacy playing at LSU and committing suicide, there is no other reason why this should be polarizing.

So everyone is now in agreement Lacy Caused the accident?

I watched it 5 or 6 times

watch the car that got hithead on, rather than focus on Lacey's green charger in the video

It's remarkable how soon you see lacy's car enter the photo after the sound and site of the crash...

He saw it up close

No, it doesn’t. Two people can be found liable.

I think it’s reasonable for Lacy to say I wasn't involved in this accident I don't need to stay.

Because he didn’t anyone, he wasn’t within 1 car of anyone that hit anyone and he’s not a lawyer
. Possibly. But his first call was to a defense lawyer.

Honestly I hope one day you need the police for something major. God forbid you find yourself in a precarious situation. Cop haters all deserve to be put into a situation where they’re not able to be helped for humility.

comparative fault proportions fault so the more 1 person is at fault the less the other one is.

that’s how that works.

But yeah the more reckless Funyons drives the less this is on Lacy.

If Funyons doesn’t swerve to hit the victim head in would she have hit Lacy?

No. He was already back in his lane.

Correct. An opinion doesn’t have to be an agenda.

Yours is though and you keep proving it over, and over, and over, and over, and over again.

My agenda is a person died because of a poor decision by Kyren Lacy. It’s backed up by facts.

I actually believe what lacy did was over by a split second and funyon lady wasnt paying attention,
Let's look at the inverse of what you're saying here.

Lacy had lots of time to think about the decision he made (frick these slow arse people, I'm important and in a fast car I'm just going to break the law and go around) while his thought out action caused an event in front of the lady giving her a split second of time to react.
thats not what im saying at all. Im saying the lady's reaction to the gold truck and the gold truck's reaction to KL were 2 different responses. Jmo. If it has been said that she was not paying attention and she was following to close to the point she couldn't slow down to stop like the white suv did on the other side, what makes you think she even knew what was going on 80 or so yards ahead of the gold truck?

Im saying both commited acts that caused this man's death that were within a second or two apart from each other.

sammy, we have no clue who these people are without Lacy driving like a maniac. It's not that hard.

We also have no clue who these people are if Funyons isn’t driving like a maniac

Driving into head on traffic to avoid a rear end isn’t normal driving.

If you think it is get off the fricking road
