Also, one thing these guys don't understand is that he is simply charged with the hit and run. They still have to prove it in a court of law for him to be found guilty. The police in this case did their job, it's up to the DAs office to convict him and his attorney to exonerate him. When you have 4 of 6 witnesses saying it's the chargers fault and video evidence seems to support it then you charge him with it...simple as that

The woman’s negligence is a completely separate issue. This may shock you, but more than one person can be at fault in a traffic accident.
Kyren’s actions caused a chain of events that resulted in an accident. The funyon lady’s action caused an accident. Both of these statements are true.

I think it’s reasonable for Lacy to say I wasn't involved in this accident I don't need to stay.

If the Lacy family is gonna go for the money grab, why not sue Jerry Jones and La’el Collins for not reaching out to tell Lacy to just be patient and wait and the truth will come out? Lael could have said “look at me I didn’t get drafted and it cost me millions of dollars to be a suspect in a murder case, but I didn’t kill myself, and I ended up on the right side of things in life.”
