Love for Dave Aranda

After reading that article today in the Advocate, I just love that man even more. He loves LSU, has such a strong character, class, respect and loyalty now not to mention his incredible talent to coach! I’m so happy we did what we did to keep that fine man on the coaching staff! I wouldn’t mind giving him the head coach in waiting title

No, Brown was retiring and Muschamp was in waiting for the retirement. Same at FSU with Jimbo. It doesn't work in any vocation where someone is on staff and it's known by all that the person is there to replace the boss when he's fired.

I love Dave Aranda but I don't know that he loves LSU any more than he loved Wisconsin or will love wherever he coaches next. He's a smart man and he knows all the right things to say and he's an incredible coach who will be a very high paid head coach somewhere within the next few years.
