Moreso in practice than in games. They going to legislate when they can practice as well?

Why not? Arizona legislates big 12 schedules

I think the legislature should only meet on days that end in the letter P for the health and safety of the citizens of Louisiana.

This is so stupid. Plenty of teams play day games in the south and some are hotter than here. Makes our fanbase look like pussies. TV controls game times.

I could care less this is ridiculous. The Louisiana politicians should be productive and do something to reduce our insurance rates

Then tailgating shouldn’t be allowed til later, if it’s too hot to be in the stadium, it’s too hot to be outside tailgating and drinking, since you know this is for fan safety and all.

Don't know if you've heard, but LSU has an indoor facility for practice.

maybe Tiger Stadium should do what they did at the Rose Bowl for LSU/UCLA and allow fans access to FREE WATER

I love this

If LSU truly is a college football blue blood, they should be able to REFUSE to play day games at home in September

Especially SEC games

I have heard and they use it to avoid thunderstorms and inclement weather. You think they practice indoors all August to avoid the heat? That wouldn't be a great plan when you open outdoors on August 30th, day or night game.

Pure nonsense. Cannot legislate SEC schedules.

Now that is nonsense. States legislated NIL laws, and the NCAA and SEC were legally bound to follow them or lose member institutions. Guess what they did?

Health concerns is actually legit reason. I was at a Braves game in September last year, I was in shaded section purely by luck.

Two Hispanic ladies start almost carrying an older lady (their mother) struggling to get up the stairs. As soon as they saw an empty seat in shaded section they sat her down without asking if it was taken. She was struggling. From there a daughter went to get stadium medical team to came to her with ice.

It’s more than just tradition, some people cannot be baking in 95 with cloudless skies.
