Lots of black smoke in the skies over Venezuela. Something is certainly amiss.

Just the cost of Diesel going up more.. no biggie because we now have RED DYE Diesel - whatever the frick that is

When you farm and buy diesel you can get tax empt diesel for your tractors. They dye it red so they can see if you try to sneak it into your car.

It's speculation. Process industry incidents happen from time to time.
As far as the timing being unfortunate do you think the world needs more energy disruptions right now? This isn't likely to move the needle much but it certainly doesn't help matters.
Or maybe you think random refineries blowing up is a positive or neutral event. I don't.
