Loss pinned on defense and players not executing.

The offense did everything they could to get this win. We couldn't get a stop when we needed to. We need to seriously recruit players who can rush a QB. Their QB like most had all night to throw. That rushing 3 BS needs to stop. Gives the QB way too much time to sit there and place the ball regardless how many you drop back in coverage. Watch their passing TDs from last night and see how many times a TD was caught on multiple defenders. That happens when you have all night to throw.

If the offense did everything it could, that game doesn't go to OT. Next.

No. If the offense gets one first down on the last drive the game is over.

Now, that doesn’t mean the loss is on the offense, because defense and special teams certainly deserve some blame, but the offense absolutely contributed to the loss.

Defense? I though they played the best they could considering we were without Fulton and Fehoko. By the time the 4th OT started you were without Phillips plus Divinity and Lawrence were hurt. I give much props to the defense for being able to hang on for as long as they did

Have you forgotten that the defense turned the game around with the fumble recovery for a TD?

The offense could have been better, but I agree that they came through time and time again, for a change.

However, it was the defenses' lack of pressure on the QB in OT that lost the game. And they did thss same through 7 OT periods until we lost. It was like watching Chavis losdd for us all over again.

Think a lot of fault falls on O, he ran it 3 times in a row with 2.5 minutes left and if he actually tries to pick up a first down and does, the game is over. That play it safe bullshite is what will keep this team from greatness.

You are correct. To get to 7 overtimes means you had to score 7 times. Also means the defense failed 7 times. Gave up 70 plus points and they are blaming the offense. Idiots

Yeah, that last possession in regulation was them doing everything they could to get this win, except actually trying to win.

It was the same cowardly coaching that was displayed vs ND last season.

72 points. 31 in regulation. Enough to win.

You are special Ed.

O IS NOT THE OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR.

He doesn’t call the offensive plays genius.

If Giles doesn't muff the punt, we would have more than likely won't that game. This loss is on him

No you're special, dipshit, if you actually believe E called those 3 runs in a row. Head coach has ultimate say.

How many starters were out on offense?

How many were out on D?

Defense held aTm to less than 100 yards in the second half and scored a fricking TD.

That’s right. Shut up idiot.

Offensive line has been patchwork all year. Why does the D get a pass but not the offense?
