Florida beat number 7 Utah with a new coach, one that we wouldn’t even interview. Also we were 2 1/2 points favorites, we were supposed to beat them.

At home with a roster that wasn’t nearly as gutted as LSU and a QB that started and was coached by Mullen.

Plus fricking Utah is likely overrated.

Florida Won. Billy wants to win and is focused on getting his team prepared vs all the useless mental gymnastics bs that Kelly installed.

They were way more prepared, and beat a better team than we played.

with new players
please post their before an after roster in particular their starting QB who Mullen coached and started just last season.

I want you to start with their roster and PROVE WHAT YOU ARE SPEWING BECAUSE IT WASNT 39 scholarship players and loss of nearly the level of talent starter wise. LSU had ONE position group that was or could be decent going into this season after last - dline and they lost their best player in the first quarter for the season

My biggest surprise was how undisciplined LSU was. I never expected that from a Kelly team.

9 months. The new staff has been here 9 months. Not 9 days or 9 weeks, but 9 months.

You didn’t play first and foremost. We know where your loyalties lied because she was the reason why LSU was so freaking gutted.
I don’t think they were better, your opinion is yours but FSU won 6 straight to close out last year and is in year 3 with Norvell and the same group of players. Travis is way stronger than Utah’s QB and a better runner.
LSU had poor wrapping up. That is my biggest complaint about last night except the dropped punts.

You mention Napier you’ll get DV’d. Doesn’t make you wrong.

Hindsight may be 20/20 & some may call this low hanging fruit, but it’s one thing to prioritize a PR “splash” hire… it’s another thing entirely not talk to a guy — who is both interested and highly regarded in coaching circles, at all — because of small-d*ck politics.

We should’ve moved the useless Southern game to week zero. At a minimum we would’ve discovered that Nabors was an absolute train wreck at PR.

Yes, let's fire the new coach after one game. It's obvious that it's Kelly's fault for complete destruction of the program the last two years. How dare he lose this game.

People it's one game. I don't care what any other team did or what those teams' circumstances are. It's one game. It's one game. It's one game. If there is no improvement through a full season, that would be different. But imo, it would still be premature to call for the man's head. It didn't help that we played a big program at a neutral site for this game. Nobodys fault but having the traditional warm up game or two would've been much better way to start with all the new components. That way moronic fans would be placated.

This is maybe the dumbest thing I've read. How many games were played in those 9 months? Moronic.

Dude inherited a fire, engulfed train wreck. Needs time. He will win a title at LSU.

Children who are upset about the loss need to have something to blame and lash out by saying childish things. CHILL OUT. Use common sense and wait to see how it plays out. If damn extra point is made and we win the game, most of the negativity wouldbt be here. I'm still incredibly proud that we scored the last touchdown. We haven't had a coach in quite a while that could've orchestrated that.
