That 2011 team was great and I wanted UW to get a piece of them so bad. If the playoff system had been around I am pretty sure we would have played you in the first round with Russell Wilson and the boys. That would have been epic. Instead we lost a heartbreaking Rose Bowl and Alabama got a championship they didn't deserve.

Good analysis... might happen, however UW rarely gives up many big plays. You might win, but I feel it'll be more of a grind it out type game. Besides, if Bama didn't stick 45 on us last year, I feel pretty confident you won't either.

I agree with you here. Bama didn't embarrass your team last year in a road game for you guys. The rant is now saying you're getting embarrassed by LSU in what's essentially a home game for UW. I love the optimism but it's not based on reality.

I went to Syracuse last year. There isn't ANY fricking way our offense puts up 45. Our game plan is to feed 7. I foresee them stacking the box and us struggling to move the ball. The upside is that LF7 should bust through for a couple of TD's. I see us winning 28-17 but waaaay closer than the sunshine pumpers have stated.

Our current coach was the main reason Arkansas' coach won big here. I like who we have coaching now.

I think posters here have been pretty fair actually. 10 point spread is legit.

Wisconsin has nothing to lose and everything to gain in this contest. I will have fun no matter the outcome. And until I see a demolishing on the field I will remain hopeful.

There was a noticeable difference between Aranda's first season and his third at Wisconsin. It will take time to implement his system effectively.

LSU won't score 45 on Wisky. They IMO dominate but it won't show on the scoreboard. I say something like 28-10.

Against an Oregon team LSU dismantled in Week 1. Just to give you some perspective.

LSU 45 - Wisconsin 13 LSU is just way too talented and they're gonna make this a statement game.

Your current coach had a .500 record at Pitt and didn't deserve to get hired back in the first place. He was hired because he's a UW guy and Barry was tired of people bailing out on him.

When is the last time LSU did this to anyone on the road? 5 years ago?
Come on, guys.

Did anyone watch the Syracuse game last year?

LSU is pretty good in openers, especially on the road in big time games, no?

I expect LSU to put up 6 TDs and win pretty easy.

it's not a knock on Wisconsin. LSU is loaded and balanced on both sides of the ball.

LSU finally has upperclassmen at key positions all across the board.

This isn't a team led by sophomores anymore. This team is stacked with juniors and seniors.

Actually not very many seniors in the 2 deep. But we are stacked with juniors, soph, and freshman.

Way before LSU had Wisconsin on their schedule, the two teams I always rooted for, outside of LSU of course, was Stanford and Wisconsin... I love the smashmouth style of football you guys play.. You guys are like the cheap version of LSU in the big 10 (no insult )

Plus I'd much rather see you guys win your conference instead of Michigan or OSU

I'm the exact same way man. Stanford and Wisconsin play a man's game. Arkansas does now too but they're douchebags so they don't count, of course.

On paper.

Still breaking in two new tackles on offense.

New defense with shrinking depth due to injuries. Freshmen almost assuredly will have to play in their first collegiate game.

I think LSU wins if they don't give it away with mistakes but nothing about this game says blowout. I can guarantee you the offense will be conservative given the circumstances. If we aren't gashing them with the run, the game will stay tight.
