According to Weather.com, most of next week is sunny...Partly Cloudy Friday, 60% chance of rain Saturday with a N. wind at 4mph...that is merely a cool front moving through the area..that far east, fronts tend to dry up before reaching Georgia and South Carolina....we will be fine...particularly with an early kick off

Did you even look at the projection? I know things can change but that shite is going to be 200 miles east of south carolina 7 days before the game is played.

If you suck at sarcasm that's cool, we all have our faults.

Considering it came from someone that works in the athletic department, yes I believe it.

Also, do you remember what happened in 2005 for the Arizona state game? It's not that far fetched.

ETA: didn't say it was happening. I said it's being discussed.

They'd move the game back to a different date. Moving it to BR just to play it next week would be a nightmare.

Do both teams share an open date? If not they may talk of moving it or cancel it all together like the Mcneese game which would royal screw us up

From what I hear, there's already talks happening regarding playing in TS.

Season ticket holders will be able to use their McNeese tickets to get in

With all of the bitching about not having a contingency plan for the McNeese game, people should be applauding that a change of venue is being discussed, not calling you out for it.

There is no "different date" that they could move it to. LSU and USC don't have a common open date. It's easier to change the venue than the date.

Whatever they have to do to just play the game. A second cancelled game would kill us in the Playoff Rankings especially since it is an SEC game.

If that were the case, how would ticket sales be done? Would it become an LSU "home" game & season ticket holders would get to purchase their tickets to the game? What would happen to the USCe season ticket holders, they just get a refund & get offered visitor's tix? I don't remember how it went down wit ASU.

After the season? SEC games have to be made up and a venue change would not be favorable on SCAR's side.
