now I can agree with that to some degree

I think JJ came to LSU fluent in English (the 4WR-1 Back Zone Option Spread) and is being asked to learn Spanish (the offset I) and Chinese (the 5 WR/No Back spread) at the same time

Ima have to stick with blaming the coaches.

The amount of money we spend for these A-Holes, and they are still getting raises??!! Gary Crowton received a $50,000 raise to $450,000 a year. Greg Studrawa received a raise of $55,000 to $230,000.

As long as I am putting up my hard earned dollars to the team whom we all love, I have all the right in the world to blame it all on the piss poor coaching!! You know its bad when old arse Lou Holtz is dogging on you!

Bottom line, by the end of the year, if JLee and RS aren't given more of a significant chance while the offense is continually stagnant, then.....I'll hop on the coaches are idiots bandwagon.

maybe so, and then you have the play in the 4th where TT was highlighted on a pass that was incomplete and Danielson said "that is a lazy route run by Tolliver"

so the individual plays can go both ways

I'm on record for callling the O what it is all season long, the P&G googles fell off years ago.

Just think, an athletic QB has been sacked 11x the last two games and viewers can clearly see the frustration on the JJ's face. Yeah, sometimes he holds the ball too long and is not great at recognizing back side pressure, but I am placing a lot of his struggles on Crowton's play calling and tendencies with formations, but the O line should be embarrassed they are collectively playing this poorly half way through the season.

Unfortunately, if the offense continues to play like it has, they'll end up quitting on him.

You are talking about his dumb shite commentary saying Tolliver should have come back for the ball to help the QB. Well, if he had taken two steps back towards the LOS he would not have been able to get a finger on the ball as he had to jump and fully extend to catch a high pass anyway. That was one of Danielson's most stupid comments of the night.

The fact that RS isn't at least 40% of our offense RIGHT NOW is insane and borderline incompetent IMO.

really? you think he doesn't recognize a shitty DIG route when he sees one? That was a lazy route run by Tolliver. He ran to the 1st down marker then did his lazy dig which brought him 2yrds short of the marker. If he runs his dig route 3 yards past the marker, drives the CB back and comes back like he has been taught then the ball isn't over thrown and it is probably a completion for a 1st down.

what is the point of running a dig route short of the marker? The object is to drive the DB back and then come back to the ball. All TT did was drive him to the 1st down marker and turn around.

Really? I think you are confused. The play Danielson made that specific comment on regarding Tolliver needing to come back to the QB was incomplete due to TT being hit when his hands were stretched overhead trying to catch a poor pass, he was well past the 1st down marker.

you need to go watch it again

TT ran a dig route then didn't dig, he just turned around and started drifting to the middle of the field because he obviously didn't think he was going to be thrown to. The ball was thrown back to the area where he turned around but he had drifted away from there

regardless of where the ball was thrown, that has nothing to do with the effort TT put into running the route and that is the point Danielson was making, it was a critical point in the game and he is giving less than 100% in the execution of the route

After the UGA game this board was somewhat positive. We knew LSU had offensive issues. Yet, no one dares to say anything after a win. Now, this board is CRAWLING with nothing but negative posters.

No, I'm not a sunshine pumper, nor do I those stupid glasses people talk about. I believe LSU has a serious issue at QB. People are so fast to blame a coach for a QB's inability to run an offense. Now, I most def. disagree with the decisions made not to play RS.....but what can you do? Coaches are handcuffed with the QB situation. Yes, it's their job to improve the play of the QB, but after direction, it's the QB's job to improve himself.

Anyway, point is, if this team goes 9-3 (like almost everyone on this board predicted) every one of you crybaby MFers will return back to your holes until you find something else to bitch at. If you're gonna bitch and moan, do it after wins too. Otherwise, you're nothing but a bunch of crybaby cowards. The board is much, MUCH better without you.

This post is for 90% of the posters that are posting on this board and will be until at least after the Auburn win. Look at me! Look at me! I can fix the problems at LSU!

Everyone was pretty happy last season when Lee was benched. Everyone complained we were taking unneccessary chances on offense and it was causing LSU to lose games. Congrats. You successfully turned Les into a eunich. We now have what everyone wanted last season. An offense that plays scared and never takes chances.
