I’m simply responding to the examples that you stated, comparing an LSU National Championship gymnast that has created avenues for other LSU athletes to navigate their way through NIL, resulting in better retention of athletes and recruiting, to a former athlete who has been convicted of conning teammates and other athletes out of their money.

My initial point stands - she is being hypocritical by positioning herself as a role model for young girls. It has nothing to do with LSU or how much money she brings to LSU.

Good enuff athlete to make a SEC & National Championship gymnastic team. For 4 years. That's a bad role model? Has remained in college for now 5 years.....with great, above average, grades. A bad role model? Has an income of $5M+ with not doing anything illegal. A bad role model? Her crime? Posing in revealing swimsuits/outfits. When is the last time you've seen a apt. complex swimming pool? Practically every college coed is wearing a suit at least just as revealing, if not more. What do you think her peers think about her? It's your morals that you are judging her by. Good for you. Her 13 million followers disagree, to the extent she is that popular.
