Skip ahead it works

The AG was asked toward the end if the players or LSU are 100% in the clear and she said well the players are 100% cleared, but she said that doesn’t mean the university isn’t going to face challenges of this ruling from the SEC.

So even though the judge, I think directed LSU to not take prohibited actions in response to the lawsuit threat, but then she sort of implies that you’re not done fighting if the SEC wants to continue to fight

So it could be that LSU decides they wanna lay down the sword and not add these guys tomorrow I don’t know

So why even start this fight if you plan to quit when you are winning?

They better not lay down now. That’d be like throwing in the towel when your opponent is down for the count.

SEC is currently on a death march, led by Sankey.

Two things-

1. The players are the plaintiffs
2. This will force a reckoning

They didn’t. The players did.

I was talking about Kiffin wanting them on the roster. Why quit now after winning a ruling to let them play?

Because it’s not clear that a later overturn on appeal or a ruling in federal court wouldn’t allow the conference to enforce severe penalties.

And Kiffen has basically known this throughout and hasn’t stopped pursuing it.
Now, the lawsuit against him from the SEC is something new, so who knows.
I know the players are speaking like they intend to play.

Kiffin isn't pursuing anything.

There is no reason for them to lay down. The law is on their side.

This is players versus ncaa and sec, not LSU versus them. LSU was not on the stand today that I am aware of.

The issue is now the federal lawsuit. If the emergency hearing goes past Friday and LSU loses while these players are rostered, the SEC will throw the book at LSU and Lane Kiffin. The case is going to be in Alabama. LSU will most likely not win. This is not worth it anymore. Just move on.
