Little know fact: Les Miles is the only coach Nick Saban has ever beaten

Saban is the best coach in the country, and possibly the best cfb coach of all time. There isnt another coach out there right now putting a better team on the field, whether it be coaching or talent, in all of cfb; not just LSU.
Who's example are you looking at and saying "that is how you beat bama/thats who can beat Saban on the regular."
If anybody, Miles has done it better than the others.
DL has been the biggest issue this year, and lack of depth on it. Yeah the depth issue can be chalked up to the staff, but the recruits arent gift wrapped to you. RK going to ole miss hurt more than we thought.
Im not making excuses. I was more mad at the Ole Miss loss than I was the Bama one. Not calling the timeout with 30sec remaining to at least give your return guy a chance to bring it out or maybe two long passes to get in FG range pissed me off.
Saban is the best coach in the country, Miles is top 5, there arent too many other coaches out there that could do us any more favors than what we got now.
Side note: the rest of cfb might need to give up if Saban goes to Texas.

I absolutely hate the people that think we should never have a down year because Saban is replacing his players that go to the NFL so we should too.
Saban is doing things at Alabama right now that no one has ever done in college football, yet Les sucks because he can't keep up.
Les has been as competitive as any coach against Saban, if not he's been the best against him.
We are having a down year right now and will be back in the NC picture in a couple of years

Just look at how Saban and the players react when they beat LSU. They know how good we are. They know we are their biggest threat in the SEC. I've had tons of fans from other schools tell me they would love to have Miles instead of their current coach. Everyone else around the country sees how great of a program we have. But somehow, LSU fans don't see it.

Exactly. I guess if you're not on top of the world then you're garbage.
We've won a NC under Les and been to another, so that is what people expect every year. Which is fine, that shows you have got a nice program. I know I was thinking BCSNCG before the season. But the defense just isnt there this year. Its a down year and it is what it is.

Yep, Saban is the best cfb coach in the country right now. Miles is top 10 (that is being generous). LSU should just give up and give in all of the best HS football talent Louisiana has to offer. Saban can then piss on all the thin skinned Miles Lovers.....

I agree that there need to be some adjustments...and now...in the recruiting department and the DL coach...recruiting has not been as good lately in the evaluation of toughness factor...this team has not proven to be very tough especially on the DL...
