Nothing has been burned down. Yes we need to get to more consistency with being in contention of hosting every single year, but that wasn’t the case before this year anyway in recent times. We’re still going to be right there next year as long as we make the necessary changes in the offseason.

He once signed a class at Arizona State that had like 8 guys picked in the first round. Pretty much every high schooler taken was committed to them.

At the end of the day we dont have front line starting pitching, and when used in the places they were planned to be used, our relief pitching is average at best, but good enough probably. We missed on Evans and Moore being hurt has been devastating. Evans is a Sunday guy, not a Friday guy, Schmidt is a Saturday guy that we have to leave there to have a chance....I would debate moving him to Sunday.
We got swept because we cant get people out. What more do you need to hear?

It was horrifying, but it was easier to catch than my high school teammate who threw 75.
If guys are all over the place, it makes the catchers job harder. Yes, Cade should be better at squaring balls up, and yes, Serna should be better at receiving, but people far oversimplify the position.
