The thing that pisses me off most about Les other than his game day coaching, is the fact that he never holds himself accountable for anything. I've never once heard him say that "hey, we didn't play well and that's on me, the Head coach." It's always the players. Never himself or any of the coaches who get paid a shite ton of money to insure that this happens. Fk Les Miles.

Is it difficult to want to make changes when you have had success with the same thing in the past?
Look at your opponent and plan for them. Plays that focus on WR, RB and QB. There's not a lot off the board. Change is not something that we avoid.

Just like people expecting his offensive style to change drastically, I'm not sure why some people were expecting him to all of a sudden provide substantive comments in his press conference.
