He's not!! Wade excels at recruiting and assembling a team, but he struggles with coaching. All that false enthusiasm on the sidelines is just for show. I'm confident that the LSU administration can find someone willing to take on the coaching role. What you all fail to recognize is that the real issue lies elsewhere, and it has nothing to do with coaching. The same energy you’ve shown in wanting to improve the football team needs to be directed toward the basketball team. So, please dig deep into your pockets and donate to the basketball program.

He was also fun.

Such a breath of fresh air compared to Trent Johnson, Johnny Jones and McMahon.

which is what you need to be successful in college basketball these days. Very rarely do you have guys who excel at both like the Rick pitino’s, Mark few’s and Dan Hurley’s of the world.

He knows that so why would he come back in addition to that to a program that did not support him and fired him!

No coach just rolls the ball out on the floor and wins. Just because the vast majority of fans have little to no understanding what is actually happening in the possession, doesn't mean coaching isn't going on. Basketball is a free flowing sport. Guys aren't just running around aimlessly playing pick up. There are set actions, then counters off those actions depending on the read. There are plays designed to create specific mis-matches. Substations are happening to matchup personnel. There is WAY more strategy going on that the casual fan recognizes.

The casual fan sees the one action that worked to perfection, gets a layup, and says "what a great coach". They don't see the 6 actions that taken away because the defense did a good job, or the initial play that didn't work, but turned into a bucket because the guard made the right read to adjust on the fly to option 2. The don't see the tempo adjustment that made a difference. Or the switch on defense to take away the opponent's primary option.
