I would like to see a light show on the scoreboard. I might be biased but it’s absolutely my favorite!

If we are going to do this, let’s do it right.

I go to football games to watch football. If you want a show, go to an NBA game.

I haven’t missed many home games in the last 3 decades (maybe a half dozen or so), and never leave early.

Nonetheless, a drone show above the lights during tv timeouts would be cool to me.

If it were related to an academic course at the school, that would be even better.

I don’t want a light show like the gumps. This seems like a viable option IF it were to be considered.

Just my .02.

It’s a fricking football game, you want a drone show to accompany the in stadium entertainment?

I used to agree. However, when they played California Love with the light show at the Rose Bowl, that place came alive for the 1st time all game. Those fans were into it for the 4th quarter.

That place was LIT when they played California love, the UCLA players, fans, and even the LSU fans were moving. The only people in the stadium that seemed lifeless were on the LSU sideline.

Sorry boomers, it’s almost 2022. Get with it or get left behind.

You folks worry about the most ridiculous things.
it's not ridiculous to want to enhance the stadium experience. It's entertainment, after all.

I went to the UCLA game. The lights and atmosphere made me want to sing California love.

So we can hear the shitty music louder?

Rather just give more money to the band

When the track team was being celebrated for their natty this past year during the auburn game none of us could hear what was going on and caused the crowd to be flat when we could have been going wild for adding another trophy to the case

Don’t be a grinch

Inb4 all the boomers tell you how wrong you are and we dont need lights.

"We don't need no lights or speakers! Just let the band play Hey Baby again! And when you score, just hand the ball to the ref and walk to the bench!"

Recruits and players enjoy these things. If you don't keep up, you get left behind.

I agree that was really cool how they did it, and you are right about the fans as well, but I am still worried we would not implement a light system well.

Are you going to have the students taking the class flying the drones? Who are the lawyers going to sue if one of them crashes into the stands?
