I laid 17 points on LSU v aTm. That was the easiest money all year. LSU owed them a significant beating and delivered.

Oklahoma can score but no way can match the LSU offense. Georgia's defense is head and shoulders better than Oklahoma. 6 for Georgia 2 for Oklahoma.

UGA: 2
OU: 8

Higher stakes game = greater potential of nerves/ playing tight
But I think the Tigers are a team of destiny and will be ready

Georgia - 3
Oklahoma - 8

Hurts is experienced and knows how and when to take off running. This may be the best offense we've faced all year.

I fear this is going to be another shootout similar to the Texas game.

In my opinion, Fromm was always "meh". Jalen Hurts is always VERY dangerous. Don't care who you are. DO NOT take your eye off the ball.

Not unlike Johnny Football vs. an unbeatable Bama team a few years ago in Tuscaloosa. 2012

From the beginning of the season, I was worried about 3 games: Florida, Auburn & Bama. As the season progressed, I’ve become oddly relaxed and comfortable with our games. This team just feels so focused and determined that I’ve become confident they will find a way to win it all.

"Throw jockstraps on field - On 2... Ready (clap)?" Over-confidence is ill-advised.

It will be.

It will also be the 5th best defense we've faced.

Here's what we've done to the better defenses we've faced in order:

- 42 points vs Florida (10th ranked D)
- 23 points vs Auburn (19th ranked D)* only subpar offensive performance all year
- 46 points vs Bama (17th ranked D)
- 37 points vs Georgia (4th ranked D)

If LSU doesn't turn it over, this will be a 14+ point win. Yes, OU will likely score. Yes, Jalen will probably have some pretty big numbers. But if you go look at some of the anemic offenses in the Big 12 this year (feels weird to type that) and how they still scored pretty freely on OU (TCU & Baylor in particular), I don't see how any LSU fan can't walk in to this game with confidence.

They can actually score

People keep saying this, but look at the ranking of the defenses they've played.

- Houston #118
- UCLA #112
- Texas Tech #125
- Kansas #122
- Texas #108
- W. Virginia #75
- Kansas St. #45
- Iowa St. #43
- TCU #27
- Oklahoma St. #86

LSU's defense is ranked #32. The only team with a better defense the Sooners have faced all year was TCU and they hung a whopping 28 points on them.

- Texas #108
- Vandy #101
- Florida #10
- Mississippi St. #68
- Auburn #19
- Alabama #17
- Ole Miss #84
- Arkansas #111
- Texas A&M #31
- UGA #4

OU's defense is ranked #24. LSU has faced 4 defenses better than OU. We've seen a million faces and we've rocked em all.

I’m not over-confident. I know we are facing real challenges ahead. I know it’s foreign to LSU fans but not having a near heart attack every game doesn’t equal over confident.

I'm much more concerned with OU. They can score.

I felt like there was only 2 things that would keep Georgia in the game with us - if we turned the ball over, and if Average Jake got hot.

We will beat Oklahoma unless we lose the turnover margin by 2.

Georgia - 5
OU - 6.5

Georgia: 4. I knew our offense would score points...probably hard to come by, but I figured 30pts. I knew Georgia's offense was putrid especially with Cager out, Pickens out for a half, Swift "not 100%", and Fromm being garbage as of late.

Oklahoma: 3. People are scoring on them left and right...not concerned about the offense. It'll be if we can stop them 2 or 3 times and get 2 possession lead. We will be back in a known place like Atlanta, "less" stress possibly being the second time there this season...better crowd possibly.
