Yeah they were better that day only because we had some of our key players sitting out the games due to injuries.

we need to retain Clapp big time. if that's the case, losing Weathersby will not be catastrophic. we are breaking in a new QB and probably a new RB. our production at RB will have to be made up with another back or via the air. losing chalk will also hurt.

all in all, if Brennan develops we can be a pretty good offense esp. if we sign a stud RB.

our Defense will be better than this year imo. our two transferred DL will replace Herron and Gilmore.

We passed for more yards than we ran it last night. You sound like you believe all those threads that start about two minutes into every game claiming Etling is horrible, so please can we play Myles because he is Gawd. Give me a break.

I agree on that one, but to call the entire season a waste is beyond silly.

Etling is no loss. Put another way, if he is then there will be yet another year of frustration for Tiger Nation. This team needs to get a QB or it will just be another SEC also ran. Losing to Troy and MSU was inexcusable. Good QB play probably beats the Gumps.

We are not underrated because we have basically no passing game again.

That is simply not true. We are not an air raid offense and I hope like hell we never try to become one because those teams all suck donkey balls when they face good defenses but we still have an average to decent SEC passing game.

The waste of the season, is a little harsh. What I took you pointing out was, we had a great opportunity to win the SEC and make the playoffs had we not shite the bed against MSU and Troy. We were better than Bama as they had no LBs and injuries happen. Better teams find a way to win and that is what they have done against us and MSU.

Here are the stats for the junkies:
Wins: AU, UF, OM, Arky, BYU, Chatt, Cuse
Teams records: 29-35. 1 win over a team with a winning record and they shite the bed. It was a win nevertheless.

Losses: Bama, MSU, Troy
All 3 have winning records:
26-5 overall.

So what does it prove? They team has basically played an easy schedule and were lucky to get a win against AU.
They are poorly coached. Receivers can’t get off of blocks. QB can’t see or throw them open.

Luckily the talent will be there at WR to help bail out a new QB if necessary.

No they were better, the fact that our second string and third string should be better is irrelevant, quit moving the goal post and accept those teams were better

Myles will have to grow up each game. I? wont expect a messiah the first 3 games. But after mid way through the schedule I?

Myles Brennan may not be the LSU starter next season.

Losing to Troy had no bearing on winning the SEC. Win the SEC and I guarantee that LSU is in the playofs.

I'd say so. LSU always has an offensive tackle that should stay another year, leaves early, and amounts to nothing in the NFL.

LSU wasted this season with 5 SEC opponents firing their coaches and Alabama not being as strong up front as they have been.

LSU blew an opportunity with this weak SEC.

LSU may improve but so will the other teams.

You are the biggest FN idiot on the board man.. it isn't even close.

The most difficult year Orgeron will have is next year. No QB's, No proven RB's, etc. Not to mention a hella schedule. LSU didn't waste anything this year.. You have to be the most miserable POS on this board! Congrats!

as a 4th round draft pick, playing for the Steelers he made a wise decision especially making almost 3 million over 4 years with a half a million signing bonus.

Would you let this stupid argument go? In every thread you say this dumb crap. This “We lost because we weren’t at full strength. How can you blame the coach” crap is ridiculous. If you really think that makes a loss at home to Troy ok, you’re just blind being led by the blind.
