Any good coach who wants success. You really think major college coaches are scared of pressure?

Assuming this happens, which still seems an extreme longshot, these guys will get a firsthand look at what a crapshoot coaching searches can be. Once we're down to plan D and panic starts to set in, they'll wish good ol' Les was still in Tigertown.

Even if we luck out and get a great one, next year, which should have been the year for a title run, will be an extreme learning curve, starting over at ground zero with a new system and a mostly new staff.

And if you liked Saban raiding LA for talent, you'll love CLM in a hog hat dipping down into the northern part of the state and scooping up kids from West Monroe and Neville.

I for one will remind the negatigers at every turn that this is exactly what they wished for and it's all on them.

LSU is now a "beat-down-the-door" job. It would be a matter of Alleva and Co. making the right choice and not LSU running out of choices.

would the coaches not leave if lsu was not a shite school?

would lm stay if lsu didn't treat him like shite?

Never take anything for granted, either that LSU is as much of a beat down the door job as you think, or that Alleva and Co. are capable of making the right choice.

The first part is fact. The second part, I certainly would not take for granted.

Imagine a caveman, mouth agape, eyes glinting with befuddled concentration, standing before a black monolith, trying to decipher alien hieroglyphics chiseled into the surface of that monolith eons earlier.

That is me, trying to understand what in the frick you are rambling about.

Not one of those coaches left LSU because they thought it was a "shite school." Deitzel left for Army, which at the time was one of the most powerful programs in the nation, one where Dietzel had ties. Saban left for the NFL because that was his dream and he thought he could conquer the pro ranks.

If Miles leaves, I don't think it has anything to do with how he was treated by the fanbase, much less how I personally treated him.

Les Miles doesn't have a clue how the "fans" feel and he doesn't care.

It's a business decision.

Easy JoJo. It's actually win every game by 30+ points, have a 250 yard rusher every game, and have the back up QB even throw 10 times in a game.

Pay Chavis whatever the hell it takes to keep him as the DC and then we have to take Bobby Petrino as a head coach. He would probably love to come here considering what he has been through and we would deserve a scum bag like that after running Miles off. If we kept Chavis I think it would work though.

Army was Dietzel's dream job. It was his "Michigan", except he took the offer. He's said as much in interviews.
