Does Miles ever just light a fire under the team? I wish someone would get a hold of them and just pump them up...Theres no emotion.

There is no way that this team can take miles seriously. If he would try to get on my arse at practice, I would just laugh becasue it would be comical. Thats what the players are doing.

miles has been criticized from day 1 about being too emotional, now you are criticizing him for not being emotional enough?
the team had no leaders, lacked clear direction and a true sceheme from its defensive coordinators and no consistant qb (or qb rotation)...now it is up to miles to make changes

I never criticized him about being to emotional. I like the emotion he puts out. We just need somehting for the team to fire them up.

A coach can only do so much to light the fire. At this level players should need no motivation. Pride, at the very least (not to mention the NFL), should be enough.
