Miles idea of changing things up is having CC sit in a different chair in the booth.

Les' idea of regearing the offense is running a play that peewee teams run in the flea flicker.
We are going to break out the "It's the wrong ball coach play"

He doesn't call the plays, but he gives CC a list of plays to choose from according to the scripted game plan.
For example, tRant bitches about lack of crosses and MOF passing, but fairly evident it would be disastrous.
I know all want to blame Miles with this playcalling narrative, but it is more his conservative philosophy that is their issue.
I wouldn't doubt that he changes a play occasionally like many coaches do, but without knowing original play and end results, it's hard (for me)to criticize.

How the frick do you know this? He said he doesn't. We should take him at his word.
He told you in his very first press conference at LSU to not believe a word that comes out of his mouth, and for 11 years he has proven that to be correct.
Do you even "deceptively honest" bro?

The results are what they are. I don't understand why you put so much energy and emotion into knowing exactly why we run the plays we run. The responsibility for the results lies with the head coach no matter what.
Well the offense has been awful for much of the last 8 years, so people keep trying to figure out who to blame. But you are absolutely correct, the responsibility is on the head coach and if not for political games he would have been fired for it about 8 days ago.

Don't have much of a problem with the win. I just don't think LSU will dominate Texas Tech due to coaching.

I really hope you are wrong and it would be based on having studied the opponents game films and run plays that as a staff you think would be the best way to attack a defenses weakness...oh wait we are talking about CLM we run the same gameplan against everybody

LSU came out slinging vs a few teams. After obviously ineffective results, a couple gameplans were changed to run based calls and others they kept at it to no avail(117 att in last 3 games).

If you think Miles changes anything he is doing now, you are living in a dream world. Remember this is the coach who got carried off the field after going 8-3. He doesn't have to change. He is King.

I know you didn't just say we should take Les Miles at his word, right? If so, you should just go ahead and quit life.

Les has considered everyone's feed back and will make no changes.
He does appreciate the input.

I didn't hear the qualifier about "for the bowl game". If this was his attitude for next year, then they should just go ahead and fire him (and I am a big Miles supporter). If he makes some off season changes, then I think we can salvage next season.

Why does he have to make changes? Our university is "broke", we can't replace a coach at a time like this. Did you hear what they were saying about us on ESPN? We can't be mean spirited.

He's going to fool everyone with a new formation. Backs in an "I" and THREE Tight Ends...

Going to punt on 3rd down. The dive play on 3rd and 8 hasn't worked, so just punt!

The offense does not have to be re-geared for the bowl game. Our regular run up the middle offense will work just fine against this team. It has to be re-geared for next year.
