The only thing that these threads consistently prove is that, even with his success, Les Miles is one of the most divisive figures in LSU sports history.
It almost seems diagnostic that the fanbase is so conflicted.
Three years after his departure it still is a common and complex topic. It may be years before it reaches steady state.

He was not a class act. He wasted prime years of our program and basically stole money from LSU the last few years at least refusing to change his stupid offensive philosophy. HIs NC is still and likely will always be the only 2 loss national champion unless we go to an extended playoffs. He was lucky to have the talent, resources, and fan base he was gifted and did nothing to make us a better program. It was simply a long slow decline and was brutal to experience beginning on 1/9/11.
All of the clueless fans that supported him the last 1-2 years especially should be publicly shamed and mocked for Rant eternity. Holding the rantards accountable is what this place should be about so it can be a net positive for LSU athletics.
People should bring up Les every day until if they want, does zero harm to LSU and always makes me feel good to be reminded he no longer infects our football program.
