How do you know this for a fact? Everything I saw or ever read about him indicated just the opposite; that he was lazy, hated to watch game film, had a very limited understanding of the playbook, couldn't read a defense to save his life, and never took responsibility for his own actions.
The bottom line is that he's not on the team anymore and doesn't need to be anywhere near that locker room on Saturday night. If this is Les' idea of a motivational speaker, then the man is more of an idiot than I originally thought he was.

Bring JJ in, let him speak to the team and tell them how he prepared for the games he played in, what approach he used to keep his emotions in check and allowed him to do his job. Let him speak to the team for a good 20 minutes.
Then CLM steps up and says "Did everyone hear that? Now do the exact opposite!"
Gives CLM another 20 minutes to work on the gameplan!
