Les Miles cannot be let go!

Are you serious? This coach has a stellar record with our university. HE IS THE WINNINGEST COACH IN THE SEC!!! He is a stand up guy and right now I believe he is taking the slings and arrows for his assistant coaches inability to get our team ready and call an effective game plan. Alot of new assistants that basically in my opinion are not pulling the wagon. Mistakes come with freshman players, but they won out over senior players for a reason in practice. Running the same HB dive play over and over again is insane. Every elementary school football player knows what we are going to run next, let alone elite SEC teams. I say clean house in the staff room and keep the class act Les Miles.

Take a look at his record in November the past 2 years, the games where it counts

What's your pumper excuse for this happening every other year he's been here?

many personnel and staff changes since 2011, only constant is Miles and his SEC record has declined since 2011. but I'm assuming your joking.

Who picked those assistants? One of which had been fired from this staff before and the other who had been fired from this role before at another program and is considered a bad hire?

Who hires these assistants?

The OC and DC are Les Miles picks. He chose poorly.

5 OC's in 11 years dude, our offense is crap most of the time. Miles is the common denominator. Miles is a great Human being, a great man. But if o have to sot through another game where it looks like we have Helen Keller running the plays I will shoot somebody.

Are you trying to tell me you didn't like the assistants when they were announced? BS, I don't believe you.

Oh yes he can and should be let go. These national embarrassments are happening more and more every year. What have you done for me lately, nothing!
Posted on 11/24/15 at 1:42 pm to Big Daddy58
guys, no head coaches out there has ever deserved to be fired. it was all their assistants' fault.
Posted on 11/24/15 at 1:43 pm to Big Daddy58
Oh great! Lets celebrate and watch Les misuse the talent, fail to develop the talent, fail to discipline, and continue to have a team that underperforms and just wastes more NFL talent. That is Les Miles in a nutshell. Just bc he's nice doesn't make him a good coach!

do you realize how many championships we could have by now if we had this talent and a coach that new x's and o's? we have at least 2 more in the last 5 years.

I didn't read that, but in response to your thread title, yes he can be let go. There are stipulations attached, but he can in fact be let go.
