Big "if" dumbass. we all understand "IF" the donors didnt' pay then LSU would have to pay.
At no point in time would any taxpayer dollar need to be used for LSU athletics fricktard. Donors will always be there, and even if they aren't, then TAF would still have the money to pay it. At no point would taxpayer money ever be used for LSU athletics, so shut the frick up about it dumbass.

Yes, he was very emphatic about saying that Kelly's contract stated that the taxpayers would fund the buyout. He even went as far as saying the reporting that it would be boosters was unfounded and untrue

He said that and he made it clear that the next coach at LSU is going to have a different contract than the current ones that most of college football coaches have.

Landry said that, in the end, the state is responsible if donors don't foot the bill. That is the risk involved. That is correct, of course.

There is no question that it must be performance based. You pay that kind of money when they deliver.

What an embarrassment.

There is zero reason for a governor to do an interview with ESPN. The state is an unimproving shithole, and the narcissist is doing everything but helping Louisianans.

Diet Huey Long needs a primary challenger.

Yeah, no self-aggrandizing, opportunistic fricktards on the political left, right?

That's not legal.

The LSU athletic director and board of supervisors can not levy a fricking tax on the people of Louisiana. How fricking retarded does he think we are?

Landry has no idea what he is talking about.

He is just using buzzwords to drum up the retards in his voter base.

He said the way the contract is written is that "IF" a donor doesn't step up and foot the buyout, then yes the state is responsible for paying it... thus the tax payers.
