yeah PFF should use pressures instead of sacks, Daniels has elite mobility that can sometimes negate missed assignments on the OL.

How seriously hurt was Jones last night

Kelly said he had a sprained ankle in the postgame presser. They said they would know more this week. It’s probably a safe bet that he sits this week and has the bye week to hopefully be ready for Auburn.

I've noticed Frazier has improved also. Not getting overun like beginning of the year.

Same here. I think most of this board believed it was a foregone conclusion that Heard would take RT and Jones would slide over into his spot after FSU. Turns out they were just really good up front and Frazier has steadily improved this year. He and Delly have become very reliable Guards.

Honestly, looking at the info myself the tweet is misleading

132 snaps total

But

65 pass blocks
3 penalties
2 pressures

Are forgetting the two true freshmen that started last year. Well, he hasn’t been able to beat them out. Don’t misunderstand. He is quite an athlete for a man that big.

Yeah. He even said that they would evaluate him today to see if he could be back this week. That means it shouldn’t be serious. He won’t play against Army, but it sounds like he will definitely be fine after the open date.

Just sucks that Campbell and Jones will only be here 3 years

Heard obviously will replace one of them, but lsu will have to keep hitting on tackles

Imagine Campbell, jones, and heard playing together for 2 more seasons

Jesus

P.s. it took Kelly all of 18 months to build one of the most talented Olines in LSU history. Most impressive thing he's done since he got here

No sacks in 132 snaps?

Damn that is impressive. Hope he stays healthy and keeps getting better.

Kelly really wasn't my top choice, (although I definitely liked him over Riley), but the huge consolation was the outstanding O-line play that he always had at ND.
