so what decision did he make that was dumb? Putting in the closer to close the game?

Of course once the game gets a little close, the dumbasses have to come into the thread. Just waiting to pounce.

Thanks Cheer, great job as usual.

I hope so, but this team isn't the same on the road.

Yeah, that was a ridiculous strike call.

Glad we won!

Kid tried to end the game on that swing.

The rules say we would have gotten to bat in the bottom of the inning.

His belt was at his waist, the ball was between his belt and the letters, it was high. The batter was right to complain. But it is over and time to move along

Tell us again about the Lamar runner scoring from first base on a bloop single.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 1st game at the Box!

Sat on the first row on the 3rd base side. Dude next to me caught a foul ball in the chest.
I won some Tabasco (a lot). And Tigers won the game!

When an admin deletes a post for violating board rules he usually also deletes posts that quote that post or reply to it.

Unfortunately I did not. We got there too late.

But we are going back for the Ole Miss game and I fully intend on going then.

Thanks again for the advice.

LSU Baseball Data

TOP TRACKMAN EXIT SPEEDS FROM TODAY'S GAME:

Drew Bianco 102.9 mph
Cade Beloso 102.8 mph
Josh Smith 102.1 mph
Josh Smith 96.4 mph
Brandt Broussard 95.8 mph

James Moran

"I feel good up there now. I'm having fun again."
Drew Bianco says he was in a dark place for most of this season, but a call from his Dad helped get him out of the rut.
His hot streak continued with a three-run blast as #LSU held of Lamar

Paul Mainieri on Landon Marceaux, who said he felt free to pitch without worrying about aches and pains for the first time in a while: "I thought that was a real big step in the right direction. Most importantly, we’ll see how he’s feeling tomorrow."

Taking out a powerhouse like Lamar is just what this team needs. Maybe we’ll get Beaumont Community College next week. Fingers crossed that these guys can compete with the big dogs.
