OBJ, Jarvis, and Hill are all bigger names than Collins and didn't hold a press conference, so why would LSU hold one for Collins leaving?

Did the rest of the juniors declare via press conference or twitter? Specifically OBJ and Landry, they were the most likely of players to hold a PC since they are highest rated.
Personally I think he stays, could be a 1st round pick next year. Probably late 2nd to 3rd this year.

Without reading the responses, a press conference has to be good news for Tiger fans. I don't think there's any way Collins would subject himself to a televised announcement that he was leaving, when he could declare via social media like the rest of the college world.

I can't imagine him having a press conference to announce he is leaving when he is literally the last to declare, and would be the only one to hold a presser.
Also, Collins has the most to gain by staying, so logical to assume he is.

I agree, I think the reason for the presser is to get some positive buzz out there for LSU...this and the hiring of a new OL coach will help with that
