When healthy? Lacy and it’s not particularly close. Love Dilin though

Dilin all day. If that dude doesn’t get wrapped up immediately by a DT, he’s pounding his way to 5 plus yards every time. I think the only thing that can stop him is a DT in his grill as soon as he gets the handoff

Did some of you not watch college football last year? He had 1,500+ yards and is unquestionably better than Jones. He has a superior YPC this year. Jones has been great for LSU this year and a huge part of the team, Lacy is a vastly superior player. He has first round pick RB attributes, Jones does not at all. This is the dumb shite we make fun of other fans over.

He literally averages 4.4 YPC which is nothing special in college.

Jones’ deceleration after about 8 yards is such an enigma. But he does so many other things well. I think he’s having a better year than Lacy but Lacy has been nicked up.

Do we not count receiving yards per catch? Or blocking?

Nobody said Lacy is bad or won’t make it in the NFL. But to say Jones doesn’t have NFL attributes is silly. All we can do is wait but your stupid take is just weird.

I clearly said first round pick attributes, learn to read.

And Lacy is a good blocker, I obviously considered that thanks. Feel free to pick your better running back based on yards per reception.

Learn to read. Nice barb.

I guess receiving attributes don’t matter in the nfl. They aren’t looking for complete backs. You’re trying to make a point that Lacy is light years ahead of Jones. It’s not true.

Lacy - great back
Jones - great back

I’m rolling with Jones. Purple glasses and all.

Lacy is the better back. But Dillin has been excellent for us. This offense doesn't need a Lacy type back. Jones is plenty good enough to execute in this system. He has good vision and balance. He's not elite at either, but we don't need him to be.

The guys I want are the guys that want to be here.

If Jones was near the type of player that Lacey is in the minds of NFL teams, he wouldn’t be coming back to LSU next year.

Taking Jones. He gets the tough yards. Catches great in the flat. Blocks good and doesn't fumble. Plus he is a tiger.

Lacy seems like he doesn’t really care.

Do you actually watch him play or just look at his stats?
