I wouldn't say he's a good leadoff hitter, but he's actually been doing a good job at it. He's been getting on base a lot when he's in that spot. So I don't know why people are complaining about this.

27 schollies and lack of deverloped talent killed this team. Sometimes you have to be real and let people go that aren’t producing. It’s a 1 year deal.

Lack of COMMAND is the problem. Hess has really stunk up the joint as a starter. Our pen had some good moments but then scewed the pooch as well. Plus we're a run or two better with Smith in the lineup.

Nope don't agree at all. Lack of leadership is what hurts this team. Checkout the dugout during games when we are behind. NO one taking charge
