You mean by being a team player and staying at LSU when honestly he could have left at any time and got paid to play somewhere else.
If he transferred out, LSU could have taken the $4 million and got a good portal QB.

Then I do not understand the OP. Oh well.

If he was injured why was it not disclosed? I don’t get it.

You’re fairly stupid. Aren’t you?

Went from Heisman hopefully to undrafted free agent in a few months…life insurance sales are in his future.

He was terrible. Will not be remembered fondly

It’s the senior bowl. It means nothing, just a showcase.
I don’t doubt he loves LSU and it’s great he stayed so long. But he wasn’t a good decision maker, he wasn’t a good runner, he didn’t want to put in the effort in the offseason, and got a case of the sads when he was benched for MVB. A quitter? We’ll never know, but playing in this tells you something.
He’ll get a spot in the nfl but in LSU history, he’s right there with Myles Brennan. All the talent, injuries and what could’ve been.

He wasn’t hurt. He refused to run and every team knew that. He stunk it up and then faked an injury to save face. His loyalty is not to LSU, it’s to the all mighty dollar. He proved that by sitting out of not one but two bowl games.
He was without a doubt hurt.
According to Mike Detillier, the entire LSU staff and anyone that has eyeballs.
To say he wasn't hurt almost isn't worth responding to.

I’ll be shocked as hell if so.
I don’t wish him ill, though.

Neither do I, a comeback would be great for him. I think he gets a second chance because of his pops.

He screwed LSU and tiger fans out of 4 million and destroyed an entire season.
I wish LSU Psych Ward could work the same miracle on LSU Fans.
That would truly be a miracle.

The official LSU chiropractor finally adjusted him.

took them 2 years,,,,,or Kelly did not want him to play......or Nuss did not want to play for Kelly....it was a strange deal

I believe he was/is hurt, and he subsequently hurt the team and his own draft stock/future by not taking it seriously and getting surgery early in the year, I assume because it would have been season-ending. Now his film from this year is awful and he won't be able to perform at full strength in the senior bowl or combine (if he's even invited).

I would LOVE to see him ball out!

He had a lot of help. Just sayin.

I fully expect that you are a troll, and not a good one. If you are truly this emotional and unstable, combined with an obvious IQ that doesn't touch the high temperature in Louisiana today...then god bless your family. I realize there are a lot of overly emotional dumbasses on this site, but you might be the dumbass king, IF this isn't a troll job.
Just half a brain and a little common sense would tell you that he was hurt. He was top 5% in velocity last year, and bottom 5% this year. Explain that! Also, people like you bashing him and blaming him, when we had a historically bad OL and even worse OC and offensive scheme. Nobody was doing well at QB with those issues.
Posted on 1/6/26 at 6:34 pm to LakeCityTiger128
Not a troll. I can just see Nuss for what he is . Just not a good quarterback. He has not been the same since the second half of the A&M game last year. They broke him. No need to name call or throw insults like you. Have a good night.
Posted on 1/6/26 at 6:36 pm to UncleLester
Good friggin RIDANCE as the 5th highest paid player in CFB. To go from a Heisman Trophy winner to him was such a disappointment. It would be one thing if he wasn’t paid so much but what a waste.

You are a complete idiot then. Thanks.
