I don't suppose either one is more cringeworthy than the line dance Saban has been doing with recruits for years now. He's so embarrassed, he just looks down at his feet the entire time.

Look these coaches make a lot of money but kissing these kids asses and while looking like a dork has to get old. Especially when you put the effort and time knowing damn well the first time their feeling get hurt they can up and transfer.

Of all the things a coach would want to copy, I would think that would be the last thing someone would want to copy (though it appears someone copied Kelly and Howard). And yes, both were quite awkward (though harmless).
