Yes. And in the end, I don’t really care much about WB coach thinks.

Once she’s gone we will all go back to not caring about WBB.

I don’t even care now.

Mulkey is a great coach and her advice is certainly needed, but at the end of the day the president, and the BOS needs to look at the big picture and do what’s best for the university.

The state of Louisiana built the AC for the university. It served us well. It held large ceremonies, concerts, sporting events including thd Men’s regionals. Great people, great entertainers and great athletes all came through the AC.

We can only hope the new building can carry on in the same tradition.

If there’s a new arena built it won’t be because of WBB.

They’ve been “talking” about renovations since Wade was hired so I really hope they’ve got plans done and reworked or whatever is necessary by now. Personally, I hope they’d tear off the ramps on the football stadium side and completely renovate the exterior in addition to the interior. I don’t see a reason that the interior couldn’t get a major face lift like the Super Dome is undergoing. It’ll hold enough for basketball, gymnastics, volleyball and concerts for acts that might not command tens of thousands. I saw quite a few concerts back in the day at the Pmac and it was awesome. Not a bad seat in the house but I understand things have changed for the top acts. It’s also in an awesome spot on campus that is hard to match with another location. Would love to see them get after it and get this done asap.
